Category Display and Content Items

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to get my category pages to display the fully expanded content items rather than just links to the content items.
For example, the category page looks like this:
Paints and Stains
Item Title
Benjamin Moore Aura
Benjamin Moore Signature Store
I'd like it to look like this: (like the home page) displays

when creating a new menu item pick 'blog content category' ... and pick the specific category
when published you will be able to go into menu parameters and decide how that specific p[age is displayed
