Ok without writing any names but you be amazed by this story...
I saw a nice template called "extend 3D".
So i registered,paid, and wasnt automatically added by their system.
It said...please allow us 12 hours to check it all out and if you still cannot login or received any mail then contact us.
So yeah ...nothing.
So i mailed them....saying....still cannot login...
Then suddenly he want me to verify myself !
Huh...i said....he isnt my username connected to the payment...
He said..Please send us the paypal.com receipt for the purchase of the membership
So i copied most important stuff and i thought now its ok..
Wrong !
Now my mail was onconfirmed...
Huh?
Unconfirmed...
Its a business account with creditcard and was surprised by this..
I said, what difference does it make who has what name or where it comes from...
If jack registers,and uses a different paypal so what...
Your logged in as jack and their system should show that jack paid...
Or if jack paid and ethel says on the receipt...
who cares....
Before i could say whats up duck....i received the refund...
And all he could say was..We use this information to contact paypal.com to confirm all payments for security purposes which is why we sent you a full refund for your membership fee.
Maybe rockettheme can explain to them how a subscription system works...

I recently had a similar issue with an extension club, they were using some weird cart system so it took a while to get into their system, then I still had to verify the PayPal account. - Thanks,
