One item in several cat or sections?

Hi Rocketeers!
I'm looking for a way to add some items in several categories or sections without to do a duplicated item. For example, an item can go to the section named "USA" and in another section named "Sports".
Do you know how I can do? maybe a way to sort the items by keywords?

What about a folksonomy component like this one:
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...nk_id,750/Itemid,35/
I haven't played with it, but if you can tag content with multiple tags, you should be able to display items that have that tag in one area.
If you do try it, let me know how it works out.

I read more about this component but it's not really the way I expect for my site... and it's not compatible with free SEF components:
SEF URL's Compatibility
All of our components are ONLY TESTED WITH Joomla Built-In SEF solution and with SEF Advance (Available from www.sakic.net ). Our components are NOT TESTED and MAY NOT WORK (We have not tested and we dont know) with OpenSEF, RemoSEF or any other Joomla SEF product.
I'm looking for another solution. If you have another idea, please share with me!
