Membership and Subscription Management

- I am looking for the right extension to manage Membership and Subscription to my site. The members would have 3 month access to my site and they would be able to post 10 questions to me. Once the question limit/time limit is over the member status should be flagged as 'expired'. Does anyone know abt the right extension to use for this purpose?

  They do some good work with subscriptions and a "coupon" system that may fit what you need.

- RS Joomla also has some components that are worth a peek, RS Member, and RS Ticket.
  
  Don't know if they will fit the bill, but I've always been satisfied with their products and support.

- I run RS Member and am happy with it. Haven't had a need for RS Ticket, but eh, if it's like their other products im sure it would work out for you.

  I have gone through the extensions offered by open source excellence and RS. None of them are exactly fitting into my requirements.

- Looks really good — especially with the integrations they have. Does it allow you to import an existing member database (perhaps from a CSV file). We have a few thousand existing members and would like to pull them and their info into whatever new system we adopt.

  Breeze, I don't see the import options in the joomla ACP for the Ambra controls. I suppose, if you haven't already, it might be worth a look at the forums at Dioscouri.

- none of the solutions on the market supported this natively. However, several integrate with Community Builder. With community builder and a CB supplement called CB Juice, we were able to import through the Joomla administrative panel from a CSV file. We are using a combination of Community Builder and AEC.
