I am probably be really stupid, but I cannot find the contact me module. Where does it live ?
If as I suspect I have uninstalled it, is it possible to reinstall ?

It's weird components>contacts does not exist. I think I may have uninstalled it.

If I remember correctly, it had some ajax so perhaps the javascript is interfering with something else in your template. Sorry, I can't help more than that. - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.
