    • I realy love this template and am slowly getting the hang of it. How do I link to content on my homepage from a "featured gallery print"? Lets say I announce pictures of a trip, can I set it up that by clicking on the "featured gallery" the user is passed to the page with the pictures?

      Are you using some kind of image gallery or are you talking about creating a gallery page, either an article or static content?

      Let's say that you create a new article and assign it to appear on your front page - in this article you can have an image link to your gallery and/ or you can create a text link to the gallery. The same thing would apply to a custom module.

    • Hi guys, I will try and get the basics up on the net tonight or tomorrow. The HP can be found at www.Sonnabend-edv.de . At the moment it is my first stab at JOOMLA!, more to come in the next hours. After the pages are up, I will try and explain here in detail.

      Here are my questions:

      01) On the startpage with IE6 the slideshow drops way down. The other slide shows are ok. Stange!!!

      02) How to link "Hot News" (in the left panel) to lets say Static Content Item with the ID 22.
      So the user clicks on the link/picture and the Static Content Item with the ID 22 is shown.

      I´m sure that I will have a few more questions in the future :D How did Arny put it so nicely:
      'I vill pe pack!" :P
