- I have notice that Rocket Theme had on google rank climb to 8 or in such a way, now is on 0. My one climb from 2 now however am it also 0. Point someone which is there the matter?

the RT homepage is page ranked as a 7 ... i dont think it has gotten higher than that ..
but i think you've stumbled across something ... every now and then when google re-evaluates page rank you can lose yours for a while. can be a few minutes to a few hours; i've even known it to take a couple of days once ...
the thing is' it's not just one server; it's quite a few so while you might not see a page rank where you are i still see it ...

- this isn't for sure but page rank is based on the number of incoming links to your site .. so unless that has changed your rank wont ..

You are probably seeing the Google dance. Just search for "Google Dance" in any SE and you'll find information on it. Here's a link to a utility to check: www.seochat.com/googledance/
Remember PR is by page, not by TLD. I have sites where my home page is 2/10 and internal pages are 7/10. The high ranked pages are by design, specifically focused content on keywords/phrases to generate traffic. When you have high internal pages, make sure you put a dedicated link back to your homepage from that page. It helps.
