Hello,
I'm looking for a module to share files to a client. I want share a password to some client and enter a private section, he can view files that are for him and post comments to each file.
There is something similar? I need a great help with this.

To set permissions for people individually, you'll need to look to an extension that allows for that. Currently Joomla has limited access level control, but Joomla 1.6 will have more.
Personally, I've found it easier to use phpBB3 for this type of thing. You can set permissions per person and per category, and also create groups. It's really flexible and RocketTheme has matching styles for a ton of the newer templates. There's also RokBridge that joins the logins. The big reason that I like it though is because it's easy for people to use. You can have file attachments and then having a lot of interaction with clients or people through new posts and replies.
