SOLVED Text ads plugin that will geo target.. is there any?

I am looking for a solution for placing text ads within my articles that will also geo-target those ads.
I found one here www.digitalgreys.com/free-software/26-affiliate-text-ads but it doesn't seem to be able to geo-target.

Either ad server will accommodate you creating text ads and geo-targeting them.

I was just looking at OpenX because I was using them previously for banner ads on a non-joomla site.
My confidence sank after seeing their "How to install the OpenX module for Joomla!" and "FAQ on the OpenX module for Joomla" returning a page not found and the forum was not active.
I was wondering if it is not supported anymore.
Will dig into it further... thanks again!

Hey I forgot to add, if you do use OpenX, definitely go with their hosted service and "DO NOT" host OpenX yourself. Lately people that have hosted OpenX themselves, me included have experienced malware being pushed through the ad placements. So definitely use their hosted service, which they call "OpenX OnRamp".
As for using OpenX in Joomla, you don't need those Joomla add-ons. Just generate your ad zone invocation code on OpenX and copy/paste that code into a basic html module and position where you want the ad to display. If you want to rotate various ads, just target that position via OpenX and it will handle rotating them.

Ok, got it... hope you already got that malware thingy sorted out.
That really helped a lot.
I just found a plugin called Modules Anywhere which allow me to place a module easily into the articles itself.
Will test out placing the OpenX codes into html module and getting that module right smack in my articles.
UPDATE: So far so good... except that the ads not showing on the iPhone formatted page under gantry framework. Turned that off, and you can see the ads on your mobile phone via desktop view.
