The possibly (though unlikely to be) official Photoshop Andy Competition

Inspired by
this
thread, and for a bit of fun, I thought a Photoshop Andy competition might be a nice way for people to kill some time, show off their artistic skills and earn the undying adulation of their peers in the process.
The aim is to create an image of Andy in a suitably heroic/dramatic/funny/romantic
way that best depicts the environment here at Rockettheme. No degrading or pornographic images please. (though feel free to pm them to me 
)
Even though it's a Photoshop Andy competition, you may feel free to use any editing tool you like. (Except, please for the love of god, not MS paint. :-\)
You may enter as many times as you feel necessary over the next 2 weeks.
I will open with this image, which was a bit of an inside joke in the Pro Lounge, about how near the end of the month, everyone starts begging and chirping like baby birds for Andy to feed us our 'template'.
I agree it is a -had to be there- joke, but I needed something to start the ante.
