the reseller package you get at rochen is actually quite good and it's cheap for what you get although it doesn't come with as much space as you might like (hence why i have bluehost also)
i'm actively looking to get a dedicated server but need it managed ... thing is nothing is really selling itself to me
that link you provided looks like a decent enough service ... and you got pointed to it so it comes recommended which in my bnook is always good.
i'll happily wait for andy to come out with rocket-host ...

id recommend futurehosting.biz - they do managed cPanel VPS hosting and they have a DC in London. The reason why there is a high demand for UK VPS Hosting is that people want to host their clients sites on UK IP Address's. Some USA Hosts will also provide UK IP's even when the server is still in the US so this can sometimes be good to look out for when searching for that perfect host
