Is there a way to have site pull links from a folder?

I'm looking for a way for a website to grab links (that have been dragged from a browser and put in a directory) and display them as a page. Basically, I want to have a quick way to take URLs from sites I'm visiting and drop them into a folder, then access them later through a website or intranet site without having to manually add them to a webpage.
I know about social bookmarking sites like Delicious, but I want to be able to style the page to optimize it for a 10-foot experience. Most of those sites make the links too small to be easily read from television distances.
Some kind of Joomla extension or trick would be great. There may be ways to do what I just described, but I found it hard to search for them because the keywords are so common and general.
