Just in case some one have the same problem.
Installed the version 3.1.3 i had a Blank page, i discovered that make repated backup for itself, so my site was overspace.
Than upgrade at 3.1.4 the first backup i made i had Blank page again, also this time make a lot of backup for itself, but i had space in my server so i tried to romove akeeba and...all wok perfect.
Dont upgrade live the old version that work perfect, hope the guys of akkeba find a solution.

PS in akeeba support forum many have the same problem, they said is the our server but.....too many get the same error whit RT template.
