    • I've noticed that a large number of staff members aren't as responsive once 12-1PM Eastern Standard Time (USA) comes around. I can gather that a lot of them are assisting us with support from different global regions of the world, so that's probably the case. If that is the case, are there any staff members within the USA that can assist in their absence? When the support staff is here, they are awesome with support and response times in the threads. It just seems like it all comes to a grinding halt once the afternoon gets here...when I'm trying to get support for my site.

    • LOL...we're all neighbors....or neighbours depending on your location.

      I know JEM is almost always on in the mornings (my time) since we're in the same time zone although different continents.

      Henning on the other hand.....well...I don't think he sleeps! He shows as offline but that's just because he's tweaking Gantry with some new and cool ideas!

      Kat...can't stay online too long as she has RT stalkers as the resident RT Goddess....and btw...who on earth would choose to live in Hull? Surely that's outdated location for James...I don't think he's lived there since he was 16..but then again he's only 17 now~ :shock: :mrgreen: :P :oops:
