I've been bumping my head on this and it seems like an area, specifically challenging, when implemented with Joomla.
My site XYZ.com/Joomla needs to appear as ABC.com/Joomla.
I have control over XYZ.com/Joomla and I have provided a list of links to the admin for ABC.com which they have successfully remapped to our site, however as soon as you hit one of the links hosted on our site and then click to another menu item or article link, the domain reverts to XYZ.com/whatever.
A couple avenues we've looked at are these:

I'm not technical enough to go more into it than that, but three of my partners on this project who are more technical are struggling with it as well, so I'm looking for advice from someone who has done this before. We're open to paying a bounty to someone who has done this and is willing to guide us through this issue.

- First, ensure you are clearing your browser cache, and Joomla cache (Admin > Site > Clean Cache), as some changes will not even show up until you clear your cache.
- Second, you may check your configuration.php file and find the $live_site variable. Does it still point to the old url?
- Third, please check the link you clicked whether it's hard coded pointing to your old url.
