If you haven't done so already, check-out the Google Chrome web browser! The latest version (8.0.552.224) is REALLY a great Browser!!!
Ad-Block Plus for Chrome has been released out of beta! Version 2.2.23 is as intuitive as it is for Firefox now!
Add-ons make your browsing experience more enjoyable! I love themes/add-ons in firefox that reduce the "dead-space" in the browser interface and create a "minimalist's" browsing experience. To produce this, I use add-ons like: Firefox Extensions-
Hide Menubar
Classic Compact Theme
Hide Caption Title Bar Plus
Google Chrome Extensions-
No "dead-space" extensions needed to give a "minimalist's/similar look" of the above result in firefox. This reduces the amount of memory needed to achieve the same result in chrome; as compared to Firefox!
Don't get me wrong.... I am a huge fan of firefox!! I worked on the first run beta-testing-team way-back in the days when it was called code-name: Phoenix. The beta project version is still around for public download called Fire-bird!
