    Virtuemart + Coupon Not Working

    • Hi!

      I have Virtuemart installed and have several of coupons created.
      I have 1 coupon that is a flat rate of $20.00.

      If people use the coupon for a purchase of less that $20.00 (which I do WANT them to do) so that the purchase is 0.00, the site will not process the transaction.

      Once the coupon is put in and the total is zero, the site automatically removes the payment option and gives a shipping error.

      I'm using the "Order Total" Shipping module: $0.00 - 40.00 = $6.00 in shipping etc.

      I have tried and tried every different scenario I can think of and can't make the site take an order for $0.00 and still put shipping costs on it...

      Any advice or thoughts would be IMMENSELY appreciated!

    • I tried it on my website with default VM settings it works, what payment and shipping modules are you using, make sure your product has weight.

      All my products have weight...

      I'm using a Credit Card Payment Module (Authorize.net) and an Order Total Shipping Module.

      Any thoughts - is the issue with the Shipping Module because it's order total? I would think not because it's set to charge shipping on orders from $0 - $40 = $6 Shipping...

      Seems like it would still charge $6 in shipping on the proudct even though the total is $6...

      Thanks for your help! I'm totally lost on this...
      Any other thoughts or ideas?!
