Facebook "Like" box not showing up correctly

I am not sure what I have done, or what has been done, but my FB Fan Page like button is not showing up, but instead simply displays a small Facebook box with a link to the developers page.
My page is www.nashvilleadulthockey.com (no where near complete yet) and the box can be found on the bottom left side.
