This is the site I am editing.

This is the template I have used: Versatility II. I am trying to edit the center of this site were it says, "May 23 - NAFSA and CIT2007 Just Ahead!" I only want to only show three messages, and then the rest goes to the list at the bottom where is say "more".
It has been a while since i have been in to the back end. Does any have an suggestions.
Also, is it possible to create a menu button at the top that can make an internal link down to the of the page where it say, "Cross Cultural Visions"

2. Go to Menu > mainmenu > home
3. Change the parameters for intro and leading to 1
