    • Max Mind offers a service that detects where your users are coming from here: www.maxmind.com/app/javascript

      I'm looking for an alternative since they don't offer it via https. I want to display specific promotions based on location. This is probably a stretch, but does anyone know of something similar offered via https?

    • Answered my own question thanks to Google.

      www.metamodpro.com/ - killer module that I've used before to hide/show modules. Just realized it has GeoIP features built in that use the MaxMind db. The db is downloaded, so https shouldn't be an issue.
