Hi All,
Am using RSForm Pro and have gotten limited help from my provider (GoDaddy) or the RSForm people - maybe someone has bumped into this here?
Have about 9 forms that work great, but one that I am trying to get submissions down for just times out after a certain point and then the browser says "Internal Server Error".... perhaps thought it was just a huge file (which I think it is, almost 20MB) RS Support suggested in the php.ini filed changing the max execution time and memory limit and neither helped.
I realized we need to probably delete some of the entries but I can't even get it to do that.
Any ideas??

While I'm only using RSForms and not the pro version, I'm sorry to see you using GD.. I was using them for my Joomla site and switched to Rochen and couldn't be happier!
Do the logs tell you any additional information or Firebug?

Why is the form / file 20MB?
If you are talking about the submitted results, that's another question...
But in any case, this shouldn't be an issue with a reliable host...
(IMHO GoDaddy = RUN AWAY - as moderators, we see so many people with problems that are not related to templates or components; the issues usually boil down to server / hosting issues.)
No affiliation with them, but Host Gator is quite reliable as far as affordable shared hosting. - Thanks,

Thanks everyone. Will consider the host issue. I haven't been able to get in yet and might just have to download the results from the database. But then deleting them to free up space will be a pain.
