Need help with paypal configs

I'm posting my doubt here because I can't have the help that I need at paypal support and in the forum where I buyed the JCS Subscription component.
Actually, I want to setup a subscription plan to read articles in one of my sites. I purchased the JCS Subscription and installed it without problem. However, When an user finalize a paypal payment, there is not buton "return to merchant" in the paypal page. Then, the component cannot add the user in the subscription plan!!! I tested the automatical return to my site but without success, I have the same issue.
I contacted the developper many times without solution. I contacted Paypal but without solution for this problem!!!!!!?????
I already have a premium account at paypal and I don't understand WHY after the payment process there is not return to merchant option.
Someone have an idea on how I can figure out this issue???
