- Wanted to know where the best place to find a developer that has experience installing, configuring a Wordpress RocketTheme and what the average/standard charge might be? Thanks in advance for your replies.

There are many developers in this forum that are capable of configuring a template for you. The price will depend on the size and scope of your project. After a client approaches me with a project I basically count the man hours and give them an estimate. Clients frequently change their idea and I bill them for any additional time it takes to implement it (again per hour charge).
You can also look at communities of freelancers and find someone to help. Typically they are cheap but are not the easiest to work/communicate with. - B

I am requesting a quote the following CSS help using the Leviathan theme.
1. Add Sports Ink company logo (I will provide logo)
2. Change social media icons (I will provide icons)
3. Changing the font style and color throughout the site
(I will provide the fonts and HEX colors for the site)
4. Add images to the slide viewer (5 pics)
5. Add a custom frame around the slide viewer (I will provide frame)
(Ex:www.OriginaleDesigns.com)
6. Create links in the Footer (Size Chart, Privacy, Order Status . . .) I will provide the info.
7. Provide instruction to Add pics to galleries
8. Create an Art, Fight Wear Pics, & Team Pics Gallery (3 columns)
9. Activate the ECWID shop
10. All thumbnail images should enlarge to the same size
I have story boards that show EXACTLY how I want each page configured.
