Google/Search Engine Question

- I have searched for my site on Google using the site Title name. I don't see it come up anywhere on any Google page. Is there something I can do to "help" Google or any Search Engine list my website?

There are a heap of things that affect Search Engine rankings. I wont go into a heap of detail but to breeze over a few points.
Get as many incoming links to your site as you can.
Make sure that the key word phrase you want to be found under is in your site content as well as title tag.
regular updates of your content eg Blog or news items can help lift your ranking.
There are a few SEO plugins that can help with urls, and Metadata.

- Im not too familiar with the SEO plugins and Metadata stuff. Where can I find the plugins? Do you mean the Global Site Meta Keywords in the Global Configuartion area of the Joomla Adminstrator?

Start with Google webmaster tools and verify your site. You will see when it is getting crawled and what it learned about your site. Submit your site to Yahoo and MSN.
