Help with Plug In Word Press Translation

Hi guys... here come a new question.... i need to put plugin to work like a module translator, see this link....

there are some flags that mean that the article can be translate to several languages, so i think that it is the WordPress Translate see it link www.scotthough.com/wordpress-translate/ , i would to know if i can apply it into my site, currently i work with Joomla, or if there is a plugin like this one for Joomla.
