    • Go South Africa!!!!

Your Team is now out and instead of movign on and enjying the RWC, you try to play it down!
Yes, it's not going to be SA va AUS / NZ in the Final, but it's the nature of sport I say!

Just enjoy the final and don't complaine about who's in and who's out!

      Go SA!!!!!!

      A repeat of 1995

Hi Manne2004, my teams performance has made me happier then I've ever felt after a rugby tournament (even better then being crowned sevens world champions), so I really don't want you want me to move on from ???
Yes, it's not going to be SA va AUS / NZ in the Final, but it's the nature of sport I say!

It's good they bombed out. It's not good for Rugby as a sport if we have the same teams always dominating the tournament.

Personally I've never been a fan of the All Blacks (probably cos they've thrashed Fiji so many times LOL... there was even a 93 - 0 scoreline a few years ago 8) , so I was cheering for France. In the case of Australia, I was truly sad to see them lose, but only because my heroes in the form of Gregan and Larkham deserved a better swansong.

Nature of the sport? It's what makes it great!!... how boring would it be to have truly predictable outcomes.
Just enjoy the final and don't complaine about who's in and who's out!

I wasn't complaining about who was in or who was out. I was complaining about the style of rugby the two teams in the final have chosen to play so far and will probably play in the final. RSA have a superb backline and could give us some scintillating rugby if they wanted to, but instead choose to kick kick kick. It's all about strategy... keeping the ball out of your own half, pressuring the opposition and forcing penalties, then kicking for points.

England have done the same so far... kick kick kick.

You took my post as an attack on your team, but I was merely expressing my disappointment at the style of Rugby. Watch Tonga vs RSA, Fiji vs Wales, Fiji vs RSA, Samoa vs Eng and then the two semi-finals as well as Eng vs Aus.... listen to the crowd reaction throughout the games and maybe you'll see what I mean. I'm not the only one in the world who enjoys good running rugby... apparently everyone else does too. Even a NZ/AUS final could be boring as hell if both teams chose the kicking, forwards centric, tight, game.

I want to watch a RWC final where I'm on the edge of my seat or standing and yelling throughout the game, and then even after my team loses, I'm exhilarated and can't stop talking about the game because it was such a great game to watch.
      Go South Africa!!!!

      Go South Africa!!!! ;D
