Hi Guys.... maybe here i could find more information about it.
Well Im the Tenis Ecuador Brand Manager, our company is stablished at Ecuador . south America, and since this year we will begin to do business at the USA, so we would register our brand and our company at USA for follow the rules on this country...if somone here could help me telling me more about this process and how find more information i will appreciate it a lot.

i'm surprised you've not go an answer to this yet ..
first off, you don't have to register in the US to do business in the US however if you're going to have a physical presence in the US it might be beneficial in terms of running the business

Yes our idea is have a physical presence in the US, open an office over there, still we dont know if it will be at Miami or New York....

Now there come a extra question ...what is better ....build a corporation or a Limited partnership.

- i'm not in the US so cant answer about US laws, fees associated with setting up a business or any of that ... i'd wait until the US users came on .. i'm sur eyou'll get a response

I only know fees aren't that much $23 per form on each form you can have 3 names. (this is to do business in Los Angeles)

You really need to consult a business lawyer in the state your company will be in. There are many laws and regulations and you should seek professional advice.
