I think that someone out there that would make a standard text editor for Joomla. Think out there we just have a whole bunch of editors that are WYSIWYG. It would be great to have an editor but its just raw text but would add code highlighting and basically be like text mate or dreamweaver code view in joomla. that would be great, I would love it, maybe a couple of options like format code, or standard code inputs, create plugins on the menu bar so people could add little code widgets, for fast code inserts (ie. rokzoom code)

I think this would really be great in the joomla community, and a lot of developers like myself would use it.

i ment to say no tab that renders your code, so its just a nice syntax highlighting real time editor, change it from php to xhtml to whatever, if its in php mode it makes sure to wrap you text in the runphpbot
