Mp3 player help needed

Greets all,
I'm looking for a mp3 player that has a play and pause button along with a small graph that displays its current time during the stream. I've found a few players that can do this, but I need to be able to link to a file from a specific folder.
ex.
{play} website.com/uploads/userfolder/soundfile.mp3{/play }
I've been trying to mess around with I think its called the Dewplayer, but to no avail.
Also, if there is a player that can do this, and has a player counter and download option, thatd be great. I used to use a player that did these functions on Wordpress, and am suprised there arent any that I've seen for Joomla as of yet. And I dont feel like paying for one if I'm not positive it will do these features.
And last question - anyone know how to allow {play} website.com/uploads/userfolder/soundfile.mp3{/play } to show in Roklatest news module?
I have the Rok Latest news module on position Right - so that way I can have 20 or so of the latest posts. Most of the user posts will be a mp3, so I'd like for viewers to be able to browse through all the latest posts through the Roklatest news, and be able to click on the mp3 file without having to nagivate to the page. Useing the Dewplayer, it only shows the link path, not the player. It comes up as website.com/uploads/userfolder/soundfile.mp3 instead of showign the player
Some people say why not use playlists with one mp3 player, but it doesnt fit the needs of the site and for its users. We are going to have mp3s attached to specific posts so its easier to archive and for the purpose of the site, it fits better this way.
