Moving my site

Hi fellas maybe here i can get some help....
currently i have my site www.tenisecuador.com empty, its the main on my account hosting, at this same server i have www.tenisecuador.com (it i use for public use) , so i want migrate it account to other server. until now i tried mading a database export but i guess that its so big, i got too some tools like joomlaclooner (hard to understand), SQL Dumper (not work good ) and joomla pack, but i dont know if this will work.
So i would to know if there is someone to know how can export my database and put it in a fresh joomla install.
