Need a little help with choosing an extension

Hi all,
I'm trying to find a extension that will do the following or something similar.
I'm making a minor hockey website with joomla, and elemental template.
I'd like to have a place that would allow each team to have a place to have news.
Lets say we have 10 teams,
I'd like for each coach to be able to leave news/updates/information for his team.
(he would log in that would allow him to leave news for only his team, and not other teams)
That would be 10 individual news/blogs that don't tie together.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to do this.
I was thinking blog, but I don't really want players to leave comments to blog posts.
Any help, or a point in the right direction would be very much apreciated!

Maybe a good idea to use an extra acl component:
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...t_id,1782/Itemid,35/
With this you define extra groups (-> the 10 different teams).
Then you can assign a menulink that only allows posting in a certain category to each group or you could use an extra component. The following component works together with the acl component and let's you define the workflow:
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,2584/Itemid,35/

Thanks Robby,
I played and played with both components last night.
I really like the Menu ACL.
The other one had lots of french info... my french is a little rough.
Anyway thanks for the help and direction.
