Hi everyone!
I'm trying to install this mambot and it keeps crapping out on install.
Its the editor Joomla JCK.
I read that sometimes the installs corrupts, and you need to delete files
before trying again. (i deleted the files in the main mambot folder)
and reinstalled a few times....but still no luck.
Actually I tried several editors, and they all don't want to install.
I must be missing something.
Does anyone have a suggestion for me.

I used to use this editor but has gone back to TinyMCE...
It always installed fine for me, so the only thing I can think of is maybe you need to check permissions.

Thanks for the reply and feedback.
I'm logged in as administrator in the backend, when I install.
and the administrator is also the super admin.
Is there some other permission I should change?

I was referring to chmod folder permissions...
I recommend installing joomXplorer. From inside this component, one can change the folder read/write (chmod) permissions. - "Everyone has to get knocked-down every once-in-a-while, otherwise you'll never learn how to get-back-up!
