dumb question about flash file

Hi Forum People... it will sound like a dummy question, but i need it....
How can i make linkeable a flash file.......
is necesary a javascript code or something?
really im lost on it.
a client ask us for a banner with a link but im trying with flash and i dont know how build it.
Please Help
