what is the easiest and effective way to upgrade Joomla 1.5.8 to 2.5.x and from 1.5.22 to 2.5.x ?

- I've used both jUpgrade and SP Upgrade and prefer SP Upgrade. Either way it took me several migrations to get used to their workflows.
