Lol - the Google and Bing bots would have given up trying by now and gone elsewhere to find a solution. Fear not, Bootstrap UI will come to the rescue where RT fails ....

With all respect ... this is NOT a RT fail.
There is no need to reinvent the wheel because you want a specific extension.
Just use the Boostrap Tooltip, the Joomla tooltip or any other tooltip like the one from nonumber.

RT provide modals, accordions, tabs etc etc etc. But no tooltip as sayyad requested.
You say its not a fail and I say it is a fail. We are both entitled to our opinions.

Since all extensions you mentioned are important for templates you can easily see that a tooltip is not essential for templates. Templates is what we focus on. RT is a small company that does not have endless resources. Any you have to see most RT extension are pretty unique.
But you can always post your request in our requests forum.

You miss the point unfortunately. It was sayyad who was asking about the tooltip, not me.
I was simply querying why RT do not provide it. As you say, a tooltip may not be essential for a template, but take a look at the RT homepage, top menu, item No.1, Login - guess what - RT uses a tooltip!
Not essential, but RT finds tooltips very useful and functional. Shame they are not provided to customers. Its as simple as that.
