I want to clear something up before questions are asked of me!
Where would I stand if a site I put together was under question regarding content in the wrapper. If the URL for the wrapper points to a third party site does this infringe copyright in anyway. Can the owner of the 3rd party site request you don't.
I know theoretically nothing has been copied but it kinda does give the impression that the URL in the wrapper can belong to the site in the address bar.
Should I be concernd or is there nothing to worry about.

Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
but it depends on the content you are wrapping and the source of the content. there are so many issues that it's like a maze when doing things like this. someone was once wrapping content that i produce and they created a module down the right of the page with google ads so i sent him a mail saying he was 'passing off my content as his own' and if he wanted to continue he would have to link to me from the header and the footer of the page
two hours later the wrapper was gone. i think you sum it up when you say 'gives the impression'. that's what internet law is based on these days
Its just the company I work for has its own website, but I have created a hobby site in relation to work activities. "Nothing Defamatory"
In my site I have wrapped a few pages from my employers site due to the fact I was advised not to use official company logo for personal use. In my eyes I haven't used the logo but it is visible in the wrapper page.

Obviously the company could be concerned with association
The more points of view I can get on this the better.
