Login as a Menu item

Hi all,
I'd like to have login/out as a menu item of main menu. (see attached pick)
I can get the default joomla login to work, as its a component.... and i can see how to set that up.
I'd like to get a menu item to point to the cb login page. (its a mod, where the above is a component)
Is this possible.?
I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but can you have the menu item change dynamically based on your status?
ie if not logged in, it would be log in.... if logged in.... it would be log out.
Attached is the joomla! login component that i can get to work.
Would appreciate help getting CB login to work, thanks
