    Duplicate module?

    • I'd like to use two newsflash modules but I cannot figure out how to duplicate the one that comes installed with Joomla.

      I downloaded the two files and changed the name of the file, but when I install, it says custom module exists.

      Is it possible to duplicate the newsflash module, and if so, is their a tutorial somewhere?

    • Just go to Modules / Site Modules. Select the module you wish to duplicate, then click copy at the top. You call it whatever you want after that by renaming it.
