I have installed a component "Banners Manager" in order to have more control over banners. I have set up the banners to display in the "top" position for this template and have set it up to display on all pages but the home page.
As I click through all the menu links on the left side of my pages to test the banners, the banners only show up on pages where the menu links were set up as "component" items. The pages that don't show are from links that were set up as "Table-Content Categories".
I am wondering if this is normal or if I am setting up my linking structure the wrong way.
If there is anyone running "Banners Manager" from joomprod.com, I would like to hear from you. In the "Banner: Edit" section for the banner component there are several tabs, Restriction, AdsManager, AlphaContent which all give selections for where you want the banners to appear. Despite all my messing around, the only way I can get the banners to show on the pages that were created from "Table-Content Categories" is to tell the Banners Manager program to display the banners on EVERY page, but this is not how we wanted to set it up.
Any ideas appreciated!
