Some Suggestions Or Maybe I Missed Some Other Method

I have started designing a new site for Tropical Homes (Sebring, Fl).
I've used Joomla for years and years. Before it even was Joomla.
I am actually requesting (or recruiting depending on you look at it ) help with a bit of a problem.
I'm using Versatility III and on the front page I want the "User1" module to rotate items.
Now that's all well and good you say, just use the "Newsflash" and rotate your items.
Unfortunately that won't work.
The first link is the start of the front page where I would like to rotate ALL the model homes, a different one
each time a user visits the site.

The second link is what happens when I try to use the "Newsflash" module and rotate items.
My artwork is messed up and the <div> parameters ignored.

Perhaps I'm missing some other method of doing this. I really would like this to look just like the front
page and any help would be appreciated. Financial support not out of the question.
I think I've tried all the stuff I could find at extensions.Joomla.org.
