small site - before all in sections - now that doesn't work anymore - newbie

Hi,
I am running a small site and used to have all text/content in sections only. Now I want to use ColorMatic and that seems to handle sections differently.
This is what I DONT want it look like
www.tourismus-medien.de/index.php?option...ction&id=6&Itemid=55
This is what I DO want it to look like
www.tourismus-medien.de/index.php?view=a...om_content&Itemid=55
But how do I 'lift' the article look up to the section level?
