How to move the whole joomla and template to a new server?

I would like to change a new hosting server....but I am worried if it is possible to move my entire Joomla installation to the new server?
Currently I am using Versality II Rokstar template....how can I make the move safely and correctly to the new server? which includes MYSQL, Joomla and the template?
Hope someone can advise me the best and less complicated way ...

My first question would be, with your current host do you have cpanel? Godaddy doesn't count because it is different. If the answer is yes, check with the new host you are considering if they will migrate your site.
If no Cpanel and they won't migrate you PM me or add me to MSN and I will walk you through it.

As Joe said, check on the cpanel move option, however, failing that, it's not that hard to move your site.
