Hello All --
With the newer RT Templates using the LESS Framework (for CSS), we have discovered that CGI/Fast CGI is a REQUIREMENT to get the templates to work properly.
Problem is, our hosting provider uses Apache handling for processing, and does not offer cPanel or Plesk to make the switch to FastCGI.
We are either going to leave RT and find another template provider that is compatible with Apache handling, or find a new hosting provider. We would like to stay with RT, if possible...at least we think.
We now are using a dedicated environment of resources that is very flexible -- VMWare vShpere and Windows Server 2008R2. We love the virtual machine snapshots and would want a new hosting provider to offer that.
Do any of you have recommendations on a great hosting provider that is also cost effective? Support quality is important, too. We are located in DFW, but our current infrastructure provider is in downtown Chicago, fyi.

- My recommendation goes to Hostgator as well. I have a VPS with them.

Have you talked with your existing hosting company? They should have an option to enable FastCGI support on their servers.
If not, let me know. I have my own hosting service ( cingularhosting.net ) and I can implement the changes needed.
