I'm looking for a little help and wondering if anyone has com across something like what I am trying to do.
I am designing a site for a client www.crasscaptaintest.com . She is looking for authors to blog on her site. She would like them to agree to a custom "Blogger Agreement".
I'm wondering if any body has any thoughts of how to do this. Just a form that submits an email would work, which I do not know how to do. But it would be even cooler if it somehow updated in there user account.
Any thoughts?

It's an extended version of the user registration process and includes the ability to include a T&C page.
