Title Tag

A feeble problem I know, but I am trying to change the home page title tag from home to another phrase to name my site.
Can anyone tell me how - I am a newbie and cannot even find where the page is stored so I can change the HTML!!!!!!
I do not need to keep changing the title tag, but just have the same tag on each page.

If you are referring to what appears in the browser window/tab title, then you need to go into Admin > Site > Global Configuration

Hi, I have tried both, and have not found the answer. ??? The Global Config will only give a yes/no option, for show or hide.
The tag in question is the meta tag title, so will show in the top blue bar in the browser.
Thanks by the way for helping me with some of my previous questions - I really do appreciate it!

Done it!!!!!
All I had to do was change the site name - the site name changes what is in the title tag!!!!
