Fireworks Tutorials or Book

Hi
Does any one have any good links for on line tutorials on how to use fireworks? Or do you know of any good books?
I'm a noob to these templates (which are pretty amazing) nd completely new to Fireworks - my only previous experience was with Corel Paint Shop Pro for a little manipulation... all these 'slices' etc are confusing the heck out of me
Any pointers greatly received.

I did the complete macromedia tutorial i learnt alot. It was very easy to follow and good instruction.
