How to solve ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

hi everyone!
i don't know where else i can find solution for this and also not sure if it's a template issue so i'll just post it in here..
i have a joomla site using leviathan template. i recently installed AdsManager component. i was testing it using an Admin account. so everything was perfect. till i tried registering from scratch using the site, the rest is okay except for, when i click on Post Ad it throws me this error, "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" / "This web page has a redirect loop". this menu should only be accessible by registered users.
please help how to solve it. Adsmanager's forum is hopeless..

i have given it a try but unfortunately, i don't have this plugin hehe! but i tried disabling system-redirect plugin but still didn't worked.
for my case, my registration is being controlled by RSForm. still trying to search.
help help help!
