    • I'm not really sure where to start but...

      SERIOUS:

The lack of focal-point makes me feel like this when visiting your site: webpagesthatsuck.smugmug.com/Other/Bad-W...3&k=8BJt9pm&lb=1&s=O

I just don't know what to focus on so if i got to your page from a Google-Search i would hit the back-button within a few seconds.

The URL stormystuff (I read it like "stormy stuff") makes me think it's a site about storm-chasing.
A domain like store-my-stuff, store-mystuff, store-stuff, my-storage, rent-storage or similar would make more sense to me at least.

OK, now back to the design:

      Remove this:

"From the Executive VP, Karen Kolbe
Thank you for choosing American Self Storage. Compliments, comments or complaints? Please feel free to email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call me at 707-437-2812."

      "Self Storage Team
The self storage staff at American Self Storage have been working in the self storage field for decades and are happy to help you find the perfect self storage unit for your ..."

It should only be on one page - Maybe on the About Us page? :)

"help you find the perfect self storage unit for your ..." is cut-off, Why is that?

      Other ideas, questions and issues:

You have a column that says "Unit Sizes" but you do not specify if it's in inches, feet or something else. One more thing, when I read 10x20 it doesn't specify if it's width*length and you also do not specify the height which could be a deal-breaker.

When i click on "Reserve" i see this nonsense:

When you use the words "Large Closet" and "2 Bedrooms" it makes me feel like your company is a motel.

The ad below belongs on the HOME page in my opinion:

This image is hidden for guests.

The ad itself is fine but since you have a 3-column layout the ad just adds to the clutter. A 2-column layout would be better - Then you could keep the ad but remove/edit the third column:

This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.

One more thing; Why don't you have any pictures from within the facility? As a customer, I want to check out the stuff before shelling out my money 8)

    • Do not duplicate content:

    • The third column contains vital info but it should be reorganized and placed else-where - Let me know if you're still interested so that i can explain more 8)
