how to place a module inside a module

Hi Guys
Im currently working the graffito template, one of the things I am trying to achieve is placing a module inside another.
For example : on the omnicron template homepage, there is a tabbed panel, one of the tabs inside this tabbed panel contains a feature table(price table). How can I do this?
Would really appreciate the help.
