Could not find an XML setup file in Custom Module folder when doing Install

Hi,
Another issue I hope someone can help with. I am trying to install the Versatility III custom modules so I can add the Flickr module to my site. When I try to install the three modules that come in the custom modules folder downloaded from Rocket Theme, I get a message that the install failed because "Could not find an XML setup file in the package." Can someone tell me what the problem is. I did the install without touching the custom module folder, moving any files or unzipping it. It simply will not install. If it requires an XML setup, wouldn't this have been in the folder?
